DECONSTRUCTION
As opposed to traditional demolition where most everything goes in the trash, deconstruction is the "selective dismantlement of building components, specifically for re-use, re-purposing, recycling, and waste management." Basically, we take the extra time to "take apart" a building slated for demo in order to save much of the material that would normally be trashed and find new uses for it- be it donating to Habitat for Humanity ReStore (or similar entity), reuse in another project, or re-purpose into another function altogether. No matter how the salvaged items get reused, the goal is the same nonetheless- divert debris from the landfill.
DEMOLITION
We offer a variety of demolition services ranging from the "precision demo" necessary for remodels and projects with sensitive areas to a full on TEAR DOWN for those sites needing a new slate to work with. We can help you tear out that bathroom, a kitchen, a complete gut to the studs, or even a full demolition of the entire structure(s). Please contact us for a quote on your next development project.
ARCHITECTURAL SALVAGE
In addition to our deconstruction and demolition services in Austin, Texas, we offer architectural salvage as well. Similar to deconstruction, if you have particularly interesting architectural components you would like to save prior to demolition, we can provide precision removal services to ensure the item remains intact upon removal and the development moves forward in a timely manner.
Skid Steer (Misc. Services)
In addition to our demolition and land clearing services, we also offer general skid steer services such as brush clearing, rock spreading, material moving, material (un)loading, etc. Prices vary depending on attachments needed and whether or not additional hand labor needed besides operator.
