Texas Tear Down has long since installed all of its own erosion control for our home demolitions, per applicable City of Austin regulations, and is now happy to announce these services are available to our building and developing partners as well. Services include: silt fence and mulch log installs (using only COA approved cloth fence). Pricing depends on several factors including terrain of site needing silk fence, presence of rocks, wires, pipes, or other impediments, and size of tree and grade of property, among other factors. Please inquire with specific project details for quote and we would love to help get your site ready for the next phase in development.  

 Tree protection includes mulch layer, 5' chain-link, strapped 2x4's to tree base. Pricing depends on size of tree, amount of mulch needed, and needed area of fencing protection per City of Austin's protected Critical Root Zone.

 ***LACK OF ADEQUATE TREE PROTECTION WILL GET YOU A HEAVY FINE AND POSSIBILITY OF SITE SHUT DOWN BY CITY OF AUSTIN INSPECTOR. DO NOT TAKE IT LIGHTLY.
